Just a guy from Annapolis, MD living the life in Chicago.
Interests: computers, programming, web development, banking and finance, museums, travel, lightsabers, horcruxes, partying, friends, drinking, twittering, roughed up beds in the morning, zombies, comics, direwolves and dragons, anything by Google, and eating sandwiches.
robots have emotions. ninjas are awesome. pirates get drunk. the zombie threat is real.
One of the corridors at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport as I make my way to my gate.
O’Hare is a really busy airport. I actually quite prefer to fly out of Midway, if I can help it. However, the cheapest flight I could get out to Maryland and back from Florida have to go through here. That isn’t to say that this airport is horribly bad. I’ve been through worse airports during some busy times, and I haven’t had any bad experiences. Also, I saw that the security check points have those full body scanners installed. They weren’t being used though. I don’t know if I consider that a relief that I didn’t have to go through that invasion of privacy or a waste of money for not using such sophisticated and expensive equipment. :\
