Company parties are awesome. I haven’t been to many, but they are always a fun time. Free food, free booze, and even music. It’s a great time to socialize with other people in the company I normally don’t interact with. This is the first summer party I’ve gone to, but I have gone to the Christmas one. This one is a bit more tame than the Christmas one, especially since the open bars only had beer and wine, minus the liquor. But all around, it was fun and relaxing to hangout with people outside of work.
